As your Real Estate Broker, my goal is to provide you with excellent negotiating skills, reliable local market information, and timely responses.
I have been a real estate licensee since 2002. Initially I got my license because I was curious to learn more about the real estate process. As an owner of investment property, I thought getting my license would give me the inside scoop. It did indeed! I became so interested in the buying and selling process, I decided to put my license to use and combine it with my other passion – helping people succeed in reaching their real estate goals.
14 years later, I have taken hundreds of hours of real estate classes, have earned a Broker license, the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, and gone on to help many wonderful people buy and sell homes. I am a multi-million dollar producer and am thankful every day for the opportunity to work as a real estate broker in Southern Maine.
I also have a background in finance and accounting. I have worked at several non-profit organizations in the greater Portland area. I have years of experience in contract creation and implementation. This helps when negotiating contracts for clients and working to help people get what they want in buying and selling real estate.

I crunch numbers every day looking at comparable sales in the various Southern Maine markets. So with me, you will always know where you stand in the marketplace whether buying, selling, or investing.
I see the buying and selling of real estate as a journey. For many of my clients, they are selling a family home they may have lived in for 30 years and perhaps looking to buy a smaller (yet spacious enough for their furniture!) home where they can live on a single floor. For others, they are buying their first home and looking for a home where they can grow their families. Some of my clients are coming to Maine to purchase the perfect vacation home on the coast. Whatever the situation is for my clients, I provide patient, responsive and informed service.
I support various non-profit organizations locally and nationally. Upon closing a real estate transaction, I make a donation to a non-profit organization of my client’s choice. I know how important every dollar is to a non-profit’s annual fund or special cause. It’s a gratifying way to wish my clients well and give to some great organizations!
